SEEDS OF WILD GOOSEBERRY - RIBES PETRAEUM

One of the most appreciated wild berries the Wild Gooseberry feed birds and the diverse fauna of Pinewoods and Fir tree forests, rocky and humid zones.

Shrub growing up to 3m with green lobuled, palmed and serrated leaves. Red flowers. Red edible sour-tasting berries. It grows on rich soils from dry to humid and slightly acid soils.

Direct sowing in autumn or cold stratification for 3-4 months before sowing in spring.
