Perennial, erect herbaceous plant  45-70 cm tall. Cerise pink flowers. This plant is tolerant to any soil but prefers poor, sandy and cool soils. Prefers temperate climates, hardy and drought resistant.

Direct sowing in spring. Cover the seeds lightly. Maintain sowing moist until germination is over.
