SEEDS OF DWARF NASTURTIUM ALASKA - TROPAEOLUM NANUM ALASKA

The leaves and flowering of this plant make it a very decorative. Ideal in flowerbeds and pots. 

The leaves and flowers are edible and used as ingredients in salads, pasta or in decoration. The seeds can replace capers. Spicy tasting. The colours attracts butterflies, bees and hummingbird It is an indooras well as outdoor plant. Watering must be regular.

Annual plant of 30cm. Single flowers. Mixed colours (yellow, orange, pink and red). Flowering in summer. Rounded, green and white veined leaves.

Grows on almost any soils: peaty and well drained soils.

Direct sowing in spring. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
