Tagetes erecta 'Nema' is a variety of African Marigold that helps in the fight against nematodes! Those tiny worms that can cause damage to roots and plant growth, so annoying in crops.
It is a must in the vegetable garden and mixed in among the plants in the garden. It is also very useful as a green manure.
A beautiful annual plant with fragrant, large, single flowers in a mixture of yellow and orange. They are compact up to 120 cm high. Can be used as a cut flower and is spectacular as a border or garden path. Very eye-catching on a balcony in large planters or pots. Easy to maintain and grow, perfect for beginner gardeners.
Sowing with temperatures of 15/20ºC. Cover the seeds loosely and keep the substrate moist until germination is complete.
