Red Flax
Formats
A perfect indoor flowering plant or outside flower for edges, rockery, hedges and pots. Widely used in gardens for its blooming and indoor as a cut flower. Attracts bees and wasps.
Annual of 35-45cm. Round flowers with blood-red petals. Flowering in summer. Thin and lanceolate green leaves.
It grows on silty soils from neutral to acid ones.
Sowing in spring or autumn. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
