SEEDS OF POPPY - PAPAVER RHOEAS ORGANIC SEEDS
Organic seeds. Poppy is a precious well-known flower. The poppy is perfect for edges, rockery and pots.
Annual. 75cm tall. Double flowers and large petals. A scarlet and spectacular flowering at the end of spring. Green leaves. Needs light, acid and dry soils.
Widely used for its ornamental value in gardens, decoration and landscaping. Before the flowering the fresh green leaves can be cooked as spinach. In this case they lose their poisonous properties. On the contrary its seeds are inoffensive and part of our daily diet.
Direct sowing in spring. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
