Planting & care
Direct sowing with temperatures of 10ºC night/20ºC day. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
It needs neat soils from neutral to basic and fresh or humid.
It has astringent, sedative, anti-inflammatory and digestive properties. It helps in cases of insomnia and headaches…Also curing, dropsy, gout and piles. An external use is possible as a relief in case of skin diseases. Herbal tea to drink or to make compresses.
