The Moroccan Coriander is a vigorous annual variety with bright green, aromatic leaves. Quick to bolt with minimal leaf production. High seed production.

Culinary and medicinal plant cultivated for seed, fresh herb and seed oil production. Essential in a kitchen garden and windowsill box. The dried seeds whole or ground are used to flavour pastry and meat. Leaves can be used fresh in salads or cooked in soups, sauces and chutneys. It has muscular and gastric relaxing properties. It helps in cases of halitosis. Attracts bees.

Aromatic plant with bright green leaves. 40-60 cm tall. 

Sow outside in spring. All year long indoor.
