The fresh leaves are used in treatments against varicose veins, ear and stomach pains contain C vitamin. It has sour and hot tasting. It can be eaten alone or added to hot pepper, garlic, capers and onions.
Perennial plant up to 70-100cm with erect stem and bluish leaves. Little yellow clustered flowers appearing at the end of spring.
Adapts to any soils.
Direct sowing in Spring. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
