An evergreen aromatic between 30 y 70 cm created from the hybridization of Mentha aquatica x Menta spicata. Very pleasant flavour. Many little violet flowers. Spear-shaped leaves.

Direct sowing. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
Prefers organic rich soils and humid areas.
Used as a herbal tea, to flavour vinegars, oils and salads or to give a specific savour to stews and meat. Also used in liquor making. Its medicinal properties can be checked in case of a cold, bronchitis, laryngitis. It helps digestion.
