A culinary and medicinal herb for edges and pots. Used as a herbal tea, to flavour vinegars, oils and salads or to give a specific savour to stews and meat. Also used in liquor making. Its medicinal properties can be checked in case of a cold, bronchitis, laryngitis. It helps digestion.
Evergreen aromatic plant. 30-70cm tall. Hybrid of Mentha aquatica x Menta spicata. Very pleasant flavour. Little violet flowers. Prefers organic rich soils and humid areas.
