Hops ‘Nordbrau’ is a vigorous, fast-growing climber whose fruits are used in brewing beer. It is a beautiful plant for the garden because of its highly decorative fruits.
It can reach 6-8 metres in height. Yellow-greenish flowers. Rough leaves.
Very resistant plant with few requirements so it adapts to any place. Due to its robustness it needs a good support to develop.
The plant dies back in winter and can be pruned to 10cm in autumn. The roots remain and new shoots appear in spring.
