Who doesn't know fennel?!
It is a very complete plant, perfect in any terrain and with an infinite number of uses. For pots, in groups, for the coast, in dense formations... Moreover, it has a lot of digestive, aromatic, diuretic, stimulating properties... It lacks nothing!
Evergreen, 1.5-2m, with dense, needle-shaped, purple foliage which turns greenish-grey when the plant reaches adulthood. Its flowering in summer is small and yellow in colour. Very attractive to bees, butterflies and birds. The whole plant gives off a pleasant smell of aniseed.
Widely used in the culinary world for salads, cakes, liqueurs, breads and drinks, among many others.
