The dried seeds whole or ground are used to flavour pastry and meat. Leaves can be used fresh in salads or cooked in soups, sauces and chutneys. It has muscular and gastric relaxing properties.     This week we will only be shipping orders on Monday 30 March to ensure that orders arrive before bank holidays.
