The best known poplar! Widely used and cultivated in cities and along river courses, banks, lakes... in groups or as a specimen.
Deciduous tree between 10-25m tall, with gray bark and fissures in the older ones. Rounded leaves with a toothed margin, pointed and large, green that change color as autumn enters. Spike-shaped and pendulous flowering.
Much appreciated for its wood and its febrifuge and antiscorbutic medicinal properties.

This week we will only be shipping orders on Monday 30 March to ensure that orders arrive before bank holidays.
We will resume deliveries from Tuesday 7 April 2026.
