Shrub up to 2m tall with long, hairy stems, with lanceolate yellowish-green leaves. Striking purple flowers that grow in clusters attracting butterflies and bees.
It can be found from 50m of altitude. The leaves of the young shoots are the ones that contain the greatest number of properties, so they can be collected and dried to be used later in infusions. Also used in the kitchen to flavor and aromatize soups, oils, sausages...
