Deciduous shrub with spectacular golden, bell-shaped flowers before the leaves.Green leaves turn to purple in fall. Upright, rounded, vase-shaped it can reach 2 to 2,5m. Fast growing.
It can be grown as a specimen, in groups providing color or to form dense and very decorative hedges. It is important to prune the plant after its flowering, never before, to eliminate withered flowers and old branches.
