Steppe is a hybrid between Cistus monspeliensis and Cistus salviifolius.
It is a dense and very vigorous shrub, with a rounded and regular shape that can reach 1m in height. Dark green lanceolate leaves that contrast with its striking, small and very abundant white flowers.
It is ideal for gardening due to its abundant flowering, in rockeries and in coastal areas. It loves siliceous or limestone soils, provided they are well drained.
