High value creeping plant for low maintenance gardens, shady areas and to create a green carpet under a tree. Its tuberous roots are used in Chinese medicine to treat the difference of yin.
Small creeping plant about 20 cm high. Perennial, narrow and long dark-green leaves, small white and pink flowers. The fruit is a small berry very striking for its blue color.
