The tricolour star jasmine is one of the most beautiful climbers due to its abundant, highly fragrant white flowers and striking tricolour leaves.
Climbing shrub with woody, twisted stems. It can grow up to 4 m tall. Small, shiny, lanceolate leaves with a green background heavily mottled with white and red. Sometimes the leaves can be completely white or pink. White, fragrant, star-shaped flowers.
It can be pruned all year round. At the peak of its flowering season, the flowers cover the entire plant. Protect from wind.
Dig a hole at least two or three times as wide and deep as the root ball. Take out the plant from the container and loosen roots to allow them to spread out in all direction. Cut possible broken roots. Mix the soil extracted with a substrate and fill part of the hole with the mixture obtained. Place the plant in the hole and cover with the remaining mixture. Compact the soil around the plant and water thoroughly.
