PLANTS OF JAPANESE WISTERIA - WISTERIA FLORIBUNDA LILAS

Beautiful climber with fragrant, mauve flowers in pendulous racemes. The hardiest Wisteria. Bonsai.

Deciduous climber with lineous and twisted branches that can reach 20m. Dark green lanceolateleaves. Scented mauve clustered butterfly-like flowers. Green hanging and flat pods containing the seeds.

It needs light and neutral soils. The flowering can take some years after sowing to appear. The fragrance of the flowers reminds the one of grape.
