A beautiful vine for hedges and walls. The flowers attract hummingbirds and other bird species among which some of them nest in its dense foliage.
At the beginning it is convenient to hold it until it gets a ligneous stem which will help it to stand by itself. The pruning is done at the end of summer on the stems which have blossomed.
Strong growing vine with brilliant orange trumpet-shaped flowers. Deciduous green leaves.
Prefers sandy and well-drained soils with sunny exposure.
