PLANTS OF GRAPE VINE ’PINOT NOIR’ - VITIS VINIFERA
Red grape variety, very international and elegant. With the special characteristic that it needs cold temperatures to obtain a good harvest.
Slightly elliptical, small, bluish-black grape. The flesh is soft and very juicy, slightly whitish, with a thick skin. Cone-shaped cluster, quite small and compact.
Early ripening and sprouting. Low production and creeping growth. Perfect for creating sparkling wines, reddish in colour and of high quality, fine and intense as well as complex. Sugars that cover its low acidity.
