ADVOCADO BACON
Formats
A delicious and very versatile variety! Known for its creamy texture, perfect for spreading or making guacamole. It has a thin, smooth dark green skin, with a slightly sweet and mild flavour. Medium size between 150-300gr.
Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, containing less fat than other varieties.
Requires light, deep, well-drained, neutral or slightly acid soils.
Harvest from October to December.
Flowering Type B. Zutano rootstock.
For the pollination of Type A avocados (Hass for example) it is recommended to include Type B varieties in the crop.
