Variety produced by a mutation of the Cristalino variety from which its astringency was eliminated. It is native to the Ribera Alta (Community of Valencia).
Deciduous tree up to 12m. Large, oblong fruit. Intense red and gelatinous colour, with a sweet and juicy flavour.
In order to thrive, it needs stable temperatures, although it has a high frost tolerance.
