Wild raspberry. Edible, culinary and with medicinal properties. The fruits can be eaten fresh or can be used to make jams, drinks and jellies. It contains vitamin C. It is antioxydant and contains many fibres. It can be cultivated in rockery and as a ground-cover plant. Prefers rich, deep, well-drained and neutral soils.
Evergreen. 100-200cm height. Ligneous stem with green, oval leaves. Little white-greenish flowers. The raspberries are very aromatic.
