 
						Yellow pitahaya! With a spiny, egg-shaped skin but with whitish flesh that has a very pleasant, refreshing and sweet taste.
A cactus that, in addition to being ornamental, is cultivated for its fruit. Evergreen and fleshy, but spiny and greenish in colour. Striking white bell-shaped flowers, very fragrant.
	Cross-pollination with P. hybridum, P. undatus, P. hondurensis.
	
Requires well-drained soil rich in organic matter.
