A different and exotic fruit tree, as well as having an elegant bearing with showy flowers. It produces red-skinned fruit with a hint of orange and a more rounded shape.
10-12m, thick trunk and fragile branches. Shiny dark green leaves that turn reddish when they sprout. Yellowish-white flowers. Red fruits with protuberances and a juicy white, sweet and somewhat acid pulp.
Rich acidic soils. Needs subtropical or Mediterranean climate, tolerating light frosts.
