One of the most delicious and tasty varieties of pineapple! It has a great aroma and twice as much vitamin C and D as other species. Its attractive golden colour together with its exotic, tropical and sweet taste makes it one of the most desirable varieties.
Lively with rosette growing, 30-100cm long, spiny leaves. Abundant pink flowers growing in spikes. Large, ovoid fruit with a hard, spiny shell but sweet, sour yellowish flesh.
Needs medium depth, drained soil.
