A Spanish lemon tree! It is the best known in Spain, with an intense yellow colour, oval shape and slightly thick skin. It has slightly less juice and very few seeds.
It has two blossoms per year, spring and summer, whitish violet. Harvest from February to June-July. Can produce another crop in summer. Fresh and industrial consumption.
Rootstock Macrophylla. (Sensitive to tristeza if grafted on orange trees, but tolerant if grafted on lemon trees. Hybrid widely used nowadays for its fast and good production. Suitable for all types of soil.)
