Shrub up to 4m with evergreen leaves, which produces the Yuzu fruit. Very aromatic and bitter tasting, round with rough, thick skin and a striking yellow colour. Yellow blossom.
Deep, rich and well-drained soils. Can withstand up to -11ºC.
Both the fruit and the skin are highly appreciated, they contain vitamins and antioxidants that are used in cooking and cosmetics.
(ex. Citrus x junos)
