The Bitter Orange Tree! This fruit tree is a hybrid variety between Citrus maxima and Citrus reticulata, widely used as rootstock. Evergreen, 7-8m, thorny and with fragrant, dark green, shiny, elliptical leaves. Fragrant white flowers with fleshy petals and orange blossom scent. The orange is medium-sized and very bitter-acidic.
