This plant is perfect in edges, flowerbeds, pots, balconies and terraces.
One of the most flowering perennial plant used in groups creating beautiful flowering mats. Perfect when close to rose bushes. Cats are attracted by its aroma so its oils are used in cats' toys. But this is not the real Catnip which botanical name is Nepeta cataria. This fragrance is also a mosquito and cockroach repellent.
Perennial, compact groundcover up to 30cm with clustered of intense mauve flowers in summer. Green-greyish and aromatic leaves.
It grows on sandy soils from fresh to humid ones.
