The Fairy Star is ideal in gardening for borders, pots, as ground covers and for gardens near the coast, since it tolerates the influence of the sea very well.
A bulbous herb that grows in compact clumps of about 30cm. Long, narrow leaves that have a garlic scent. Fragrant pale pink star-shaped flowers, growing in clusters at the end of the stems. It attracts butterflies and bees due to its fragrance.
