A banana tree that doesn't need you to worry about its fruit! It is highly valued for its great ornamental value bringing a tropical and exotic look to your garden.
Perennial 6-8m high. Huge green lanceolate leaves 2m long by 70cm wide. Large pale yellow flowers. Fruits greenish yellow on the outside and white flesh with numerous seeds. NOT EDIBLE.
Requires well-drained, rich soil.
