Small, compact perennial shrub of 50cm in height. It is recognizable for its shape and the long violet flowers held in cone-shaped clusters at the end of the stems. Lanceolate and green-greyish foliage.
Requires sandy, light, basic and dry soils. Drought resistant. Hardy 0ºC.
