Herb, medicinal and aromatic plant grown in gardens, pots and indoors. Used as a spice, for pickling, as dry flower, but also as a medicinal plant and for production of fresh-cut foliage. Dill is a good indoor plant in pots for its culinary use. Dill leaves are added to flavor fish dishes, seafood, in salads, dressings and marinades. The seeds have antiseptic, digestive properties.
Annual plant up to 50cm with white and straight stems. The leaves are dark-green, thin and light. Clusters of bright yellow flowers.
Prefers well-drained, moist, light, fertile and loosened soils under temperate temperatures.
Soak the seeds in cool water for 24 hours before sowing.For indoor growing sowing all year round.
