Formats
Organic seeds. Root similar to the carrot. It is pale and it tastes like aniseed. It can be eaten cooked in sauce or boiled or to flavour different dishes. Very good for diets, diuretic and digestive. It contains vitamins and many carbohydrates. It works very well with all vegetables.
Biennial plant growing up to 80cm with big leaves and white-greenish flowers.
Direct sowing from February till May and harvest from the end of summer till late autumn.

Our nursery has been flooded
Storm water has reached the nursery and we will not be able to ship orders for at least a week. We do not expect to resume dispatch before Monday 26 October.
