Medium size bush that produces wild asparagus. Shrub of the Western Mediterranean. Traditionally in Spain this plant is collected in the Murcia region. The green shoots emerge after the rains between the white stems of the base of the plant They are consumed with fried eggs or in tortillas.
It is a dense shrub up to 1m. tall, with very thorny stem and smooth and angular, flexible branches. The flowers are white, flagrant, hermaphrodite, with anthers of violet color. Red round fruit.
Soak the seeds 24 hours before sowing. Sow at temperatures of 20ºC / 25ºC.
