This plant is a perennial of 60 cm with white scented flowers. Wide bright green and lanceolate leaves.
It adapts to any well drained soil. It can be cultivated in pots or for cut flower. The flowers are edible and can be added fresh to salads or cooked as vegetables. Its medicinal properties are the same as the ones of Valerian. That is to say sedative, calming and antispasmodic.
Little watering and pruning after flowering.
Direct sowing in spring. Lightly cover the seeds and maintain the humidity until germination is completed.
