The Tomato de colgar is the famous tomato used to make tomato bread! It is a traditional variety of tomatoes that are harvested in summer and kept hanging in strings in a cool, dry place for months, so that they can be enjoyed in autumn/winter.

Small fruits, with thin skin and soft texture. Very fleshy and juicy. Plant spacing approx. 50x75cm.
