Small tree producing a fruit similar to tomato in shape and taste. The fruits can be eaten raw or cooked. They contain A, C and E vitamins, magnesium, iron, potassium and phosphorus. It has been used against sore throat, flu and liver problems.
Fruit tree reaching 3-4m with oval and dark green leaves. Little white-pinky and clustered flowers. Edible orangey fruit looking like a tomato.
