Curious white eggplant perfectly egg-shaped. It is a variety almost extinct but with a very high gastronomic value. With a rich flavour, it is perfect roasted or stuffed, also for stir-frying. Leave it to soak a few hours before cooking.
Prefers deep, fertile and well-drained soils. Use tutors to keep the plants upright.
